The Gulf & Fraser website serves as an important digital platform for members to access information about promotions, the latest news, and online banking services. Following our rebrand, my team and I collaborated with Central 1 (our credit union partner) to completely redesign the website. During the early development stages, I liaised with our digital team to analyze data from the previous website and identify areas for improvement to enhance engagement.

Using wireframes to facilitate communication between teams, we were able to design an effective website for Gulf & Fraser members. This approach allowed us to map out different client journeys and create a more user-friendly, easy-to-navigate site.

This was one of the major projects following the rebrand. As the graphic designer, I ensured the website aligned with the new brand identity and developed a website guideline for partners to follow.
